Shipping Policy – Elite Dad Club

At Elite Dad Club, we take pride in delivering quality gear built for real life. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, it will be handed off to the carrier and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: during product drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

Elite Dad Club is not responsible for:

  • packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • packages marked as undeliverable by the carrier

If a package is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Elite Dad Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
